Rate
$180 per 55-minute session

As an Out of Network Provider I can accept PPO Insurance plans:

• As an Out of Network Provider, I charge my regular rate of $180 at the time of the session and you may then request a statement from me to turn into your insurance company for reimbursement.
• Check with your insurance company for your policy coverage for an Out of Network Provider. In general, a number of insurance companies require your deductible to be met and then they will pay a percentage of an allowable rate, but you need to check with your specific insurance company about your specific policy.
• If you want to pay a co-pay at each session, you would need to use an In Network Provider, which I am not.

Cash, check or electronic payment through Zelle.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance by voicemail or text to (916) 546-1444 or by email, [email protected] , you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
